In private mental health practices, client communication is uniquely delicate. When a prospective client reaches out for therapy on WhatsApp, they are often taking a vulnerable, courageous step. A delayed reply because the therapist is in back-to-back 50-minute clinical sessions often results in the client abandoning the booking or feeling unheard.
At the same time, forcing distressed clients to leave WhatsApp to fill out multi-step external web forms creates friction and drop-off. And when solo therapists try to handle scheduling manually, they endure hours of unpaid evening admin: sending bank details, verifying UPI screenshots, and constantly worrying about double-booking.
Generic chatbots fail in mental health because they rely on rigid, impersonal decision trees and risk hallucinating advice. We built Replora on a fundamentally different premise: administrative empathy with deterministic code safety. The AI answers practice logistics and suggests calendar openings, but strict TypeScript code guarantees zero double bookings and therapists retain complete control.

Replora never autonomously confirms or alters clinical diagnoses. Therapists retain 1-click approval over every booking and can step in to take over any conversation instantly.
Crisis Signals & Emergency Routing
If an incoming WhatsApp message exhibits indicators of crisis or self-harm, conversational scheduling immediately halts and verified emergency helpline resources (such as KIRAN 1800-599-0019) are displayed alongside practitioner push alerts.
Deterministic Calendar Sync
Availability is resolved via continuous two-way Google Calendar FreeBusy sync and database locks. Code—not LLM probability—checks slot availability before proposing any booking.
